New Orleans just announced yesterday the release of funds for it's grant assistance program for home buyers.
Get into a with up to $35,000 in down payment assistance as well as an additional $5,000 towards closing cost. Now this program is not just for first time home buyers. If you have not owned a home in the last 3 years this is for you as well.
